Optional enquiry analytics
If you opt in, we store daily aggregate counts by form event, section and website language in our Cloudflare-hosted database in a rolling 180-day reporting window; older counts are removed when new activity is recorded. We do not put enquiry contents, contact details, IP addresses or visitor identifiers in these counters. Hosting providers still process connection information to deliver and secure the website. These counts are not advertising profiles. You can change or withdraw your choice using Privacy settings in the footer; declining does not affect enquiries. Form entries stay in the open page for retries and are not saved to browser storage. With your permission, we also count clicks on the email and telephone links in these contact panels. These counts do not record whether a call or email was completed.
